Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At XZIZT, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.Exchange requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

* Be unused and unwashed.

* Be in its original condition.

* Have all original tags attached.

* Be returned in its original packaging.

* Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, damage, or any signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Size Exchange

We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. After successful verification, the requested size will be dispatched.

If the requested size is unavailable, our Customer Support Team will contact you with the available options.

An exchanged product is not eligible for another exchange.

Refund Policy

XZIZT does not provide refunds for:

* Incorrect size selection.

* Change of mind.

* Preference for a different colour or style.

* Any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Refunds are applicable only if:

* You receive a damaged product.

* You receive a defective product.

* You receive an incorrect product.

All refund requests are subject to successful quality inspection.Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, the following are mandatory:

* Order ID.

* Clear images of the product.

* Images of the outer packaging.

* An uncut unboxing video (Mandatory).

Claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products will only be accepted if an uncut unboxing video is provided.Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup:Reverse pickup service is subject to availability at your PIN code.

Customers may choose either of the following options:

1. Reverse Pickup by XZIZT

A reverse pickup can be arranged by our team for a ₹200 reverse pickup fee, subject to service availability.

2. Self-Shipping

Customers may also choose to ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Support Team using any reliable courier service.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection, the exchange or eligible refund (if applicable) will be processed.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

* Innerwear.

* Socks.

* Accessories.

* Gift Cards.

* Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect).

 

Exchange & Refund Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after reaching our warehouse.

XZIZT reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund request if:

* The product has been used, washed, or altered.

* Original tags or packaging are missing.

* The product shows signs of wear or damage after delivery.

* The request does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

If a request is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable unless the error was on XZIZT’s part.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of any dispute regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, the decision of XZIZT shall be final.
